Planning Institute Bill 2025

The Draft Planning Institute of the Bahamas Bill, 2025 has been made available for public consultation . This consultation process provides an opportunity for all Bahamians including those a part of civil society groups, and interested stakeholders to review the proposed legislation and provide feedback during the consultation period which begins January 9th, 2026 - January 31st, 2026.

Feedback submitted will be analyzed and a summary of the feedback will be compiled to inform the next stage of consideration of the draft bill.
